A day in the mind of mental illness
I have lost so many friends because they do not understand the way my mind works When I’m at my all time low. Everyone that I think are my friends seems to runaway from me as fast as they can.
When we feel low, we feel like there is no way out and that no one knows or even could start to understand at how we feel.
Once you hit rock bottom. There is only one way to go and that is up. Now you might think you take one step forward and two steps backwards. But if you keep trying before you know it you will be taking more steps forward then backwards.
One step at a time.
